Replevin
We have particular knowledge and experience recovering collateral through replevin including obtaining and executing prejudgment writs of replevin.
Judgment Enforcement and Domestication
We obtain and enforce judgments on commercial debt. We also domesticate foreign judgments. We help banks and finance companies get paid by asset determination and inquiry including debtor’s exams, and via bank garnishments.
Representation in Bankruptcy Proceedings
We help banks and finance companies in bankruptcy proceedings by assisting with proofs of claims, filing objections to plans, obtaining adequate protection and filing motions for relief from stay.

We have 30 years of litigation and trial experience and have successfully handled dozens of jury trials, non-jury trials, arbitrations and appeals. We have particular experience defending banks and finance companies from claims alleging unlawful debt collection and wrongful repossession.

Bill has extensive experience helping banks, finance and leasing companies collect commercial debt, recover property through replevin, and enforce judgments; assisting in bankruptcy proceedings; and helping litigate and resolve disputes.
As a seasoned litigator, Bill has successfully handled dozens of jury trials, non-jury trials, arbitrations and appeals. He has an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the preeminent and highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards. Bill is admitted to practice in all federal courts in the state of Florida, including all bankruptcy courts in the state of Florida, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
